1. Santana Row Tree Lighting, San Jose
Santana Row hosts its annual tree lighting ceremony to celebrate the holiday season. It’s a great event to enjoy live music, Christmas characters, special guests, and performances. Show up and have a great time you might even catch a selfie with Santa Claus. The Tree Lighting is set for 7pm.
This event will be on Tuesday, November 15, 2016, from 5-9pm.

2. Christmas in the Park tree lighting, San Jose
In December, Plaza de Cesar Chavez transforms into a winter wonderland with over 60 exhibits, Christmas lights, and a 60-foot Christmas tree. Public favorites include the Lima Train and melting snowman, enchanted forest and pictures with Santa.
This is a free event, but bring cash to enjoy the hot cocoa and Christmas goodies.

3.Jack London Square Tree lighting, Oakland
In Jack London Square the Christmas tree is a 55-foot Mt. Shasta fir tree with over 5,000 bright lights. It’s a true beauty and all its sparkling lights glisten on the nearby harbor. The buildings around the tree also join the festivities with putting Christmas lights on their own. Listen to holiday music, chamber choir, pop-ups, live reindeer and much more!

4.Tree Lighting & Lantern-Lit Stroll, Presidio SF
Come enjoy music by the Golden Gate Carolers before their annual Christmas tree lighting. There will also be holiday craft activities so bring the littles ones and watch their faces light up with Christmas joy.
